This house was completely refurbished from top to bottom with environmental sustainability in mind in 2022. It is heated with an air source heat pump, fully insulated, has covered bike storage...and you may even meet the newts who live in the garden pond!

The bedroom shared a bathroom with just one other tenant so no long queues for the shower.

We are seeking a new housemate to join the other young professional tenants. The house is in a great location 5 minutes walk to Cowley shopping centre yet in a quiet residential street. It is an excellent location for working in Cowley business parks and there are numerous, frequent bus links into the centre of Oxford too if you don't want to cycle.

We are responsive property owners that look after the house and its housemates.

IMPORTANT STUFF:
An open plan living area with large kitchen/lounge/dining room which is kitted out with everything you need including a Smart TV and a large comfy sofa.
Our cleaner comes once a week to make sure everything remains looking good.
Outside there is a wildlife pond and an old apple tree in the well-kept garden which is great for summer BBQ’s.
