Bright, quiet, furnished single room in Cowley

We have a single room available in our detached Victorian house in East Oxford. The room is quiet and overlooks the garden at the back of the house. It's furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, armchair, bookcase and desk, and has a deep storage cupboard, and its own washbasin. The house has two bathrooms, and the shower room with basin and toilet would be mostly for your exclusive use except if we have a guest staying. We both work from home but are sometimes away and would appreciate someone who likes cats and would talk to and feed our cat if we're not there. There is a spacious and well-equipped kitchen which you would share on the basis of times agreed between all of us. We are within very easy reach of the city centre, Oxford Brookes University and the Headington schools and hospitals, and local shops, and bus stops for the city and the rail station are a few minutes' walk away. Overall this is a quiet house so could suit someone studying. There is also the potential for this to be a weekday-only arrangement; this could be discussed.

We are currently redecorating the room so the photos show the previous decor, and there is now a double rather than a single bed.
