Double room available with all bills included in Cowley. Close to all amenities, BMW, science parks and good travel links to the hospitals. All are also within cycling distance. The room has been redecorated and is fully furnished. I am a live in lanlord and have an early work schedule. Ideally suitable for mature student/ professional who is very tidy clean and quiet. There is on street parking but you will have to pay for a permit. I dont mind smokers but no smoking inside, outside only. Please no over night guest . Gas and electric not included.
