Double room in a sociable shared house

We are looking for someone to join us in our shared house on Reliance Way in Cowley. There is a medium sized double room available and the contract has just been renewed until September 2025 so ideally looking for someone to stay with us for the full year!

The house has 5 bedrooms in total with 2 shared bathrooms. On the ground floor there’s a large kitchen connected to the garden and a separate living room on the 1st floor. Located a 10 minute walk from Cowley for pubs & restaurants or short bus ride/cycle to the city centre. The rent for the room is £580 per month with bills on top (approx. £120 a month). Street parking is also available in the area. The contract starts in September but the move in date can be flexible. We’ve lived at the property for 3 years, the house is managed by a private landlord who has been great at sorting any issues we've had with the house.

We are a sociable group of 4 guys who are all professionals working in the Oxford area aged between 27 and 33. Mix of hobbies and interests including; cooking, pubs, films, travelling, climbing, cycling, football etc.. So would be great to find a new housemate of a similar age with something in common!
