We have a lovely double bedroom available from the beginning of September in the Florence Park area close to Cowley road.
Looking for an easy going and tidy housemate to share the bathroom, kitchen, living area and beautiful garden. The house has a washing machine, dish washer, microwave and is in a quiet street about 15 minutes from the city centre by bus or bicycle. It is also close to the ring road for easy commuting.
The rent is £900 per month (including bills)


A little about us...
My name is David and I'm a 31 year old professional working in the renewable sector. My house mate is called Caoilinn, she's is a 24 year old profesional working in a pharmaceutical company.
We're both busy working weekdays 7-4 or so but in the evenings we like to hang out and watch tv, read, laze about in the sun or go to Brooke's to go to the gym or climb. Weekends we regularly go to London to see friends or to the great outdoors for hiking or climbing trips :)
