We have a beautifully refurbished, fully furnished large double bedroom available in our clean, modern family home. The room comes with a new luxury carpet and ample storage space, making it both stylish and comfortable.

We’re ideally looking for a female tenant (student or professional), though we’re open to the right male tenant if suitable. This room is perfect for someone with a daytime routine who is mostly out for work or study, as it’s not suitable for remote work or studying from home.
