It's a short walk to all the shops, bars and restaurants on Cowley Road and busses go from the end of the road to the City Centre every few minutes. It's also very close to the East Oxford Business park.

Ideally I'm looking for someone who would like to live there for at least a year, and who I can trust to look after my home and maintain a good, friendly relationship with.
