We are seeking a new housemate in our wonderful, sociable and friendly home. The house comes with a garden!
We are a busy group of professionals, no students allowed sorry!
Ideally looking for someone to move in around 20 - 24th april.
We have a mix of interests including music, live gigs, cooking, table tennis and festivals. We enjoy socialising in the house, watching Netflix series, drinking tea and heading out for the occasional drink.
Transport links are ideal with buses to the City Centre and train station just minutes away and very frequent.
Bills are not included in the rent, and come to approximately £150 each, including Council Tax, gas and electricity, Broadband and water.
