The tenants share a large kitchen and a dining area with ample storage for 6 housemates. The kitchen has 2 sinks/2 tall fridge freezers/gas cooker/oven/washing machine. A dryer is provided for 7 months of the year. There is also a large back garden for your use with a bicycle rack. There is a cleaner for communal areas. There is driveway parking available for a small monthly fee, and on street parking with a permit.

The house has fast fibre broadband. All bills are included; gas/electricity/council tax/water/internet.

The area is close to bus links (1 minute walk) as well as the Oxford business park and BMW plant. There are lots of shops within walking distance (5 minutes) in a nearby shopping centre and also a retail park and gyms.
