Room has double bed, washing basket, clothes horse, ample storage and foldable desk. The house is a home shared with myself, my daughter and two very friendly, loving cocker spaniels. While there is a little bustle when getting ready for work, home has a calm, quiet and welcoming ambiance.

Close to amenities which includes 10/15 minuites from Brooks University, a15/20 minuite cycle to John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford City Centre with direct links (train station and bus depot) to London if commuting.

In addition, it's a stone throw away from Cowley shopping centre and a further 10 minuites to large tesco superstore which has electric points/petrol stations/M&S/Boots/Next and more.

Bathroom/toliet upstairs and separate toliet downstairs. There is also parking if needed.

Room is suited for working professional or academic/post graduate, however, all applicants will be considered.

Monday - Friday rental also option.
Rent includes council tax/utility bills and use of WiFi.
NB if WFH additional electricity maybe included.
