There is ample space for an armchair/ desk/ chest of drawers if you wish to bring them too. There is currently a small desk and chair in the room, this can be removed if you do not require it.

Ideal for professionals looking to live close to City Centre or oxford hospitals. Easy bus links to the JR & Oxford City Centre. The house is 2 minutes walk from Cowely Marsh, and only 18 minutes walk to the cowley road.

The house has a kitchen, utility room, sitting room/dining room, full bathroom on the first floor and a separate WC on the ground floor. All will be shared with myself. You will also have use of the garden.

There is only on-street parking, so you would need a permit. However, parking is free between 5pm and 9am and at the weekend, so if you have a 9-5 office job it could be worked around.

Please note I have a beautiful Ginger cat called Elvis, so unable to have any further animals join the household.
