Double room

Double room with a bright and airy feel. This is a ground floor apartment located just off Rectory Road which is just 2 minutes from South Parks, and also the hospitals (10min cycle) as well as very close to the city centre (15min walk or 7min cycle). All public transport links to anywhere in the country are a stone throw away in St Clements. The household is a friendly, clean, creative, out of the ordinary with caring and loving people. Both housemates are leaving which means a new community will be created 😀. I work in social care, I also make accessories and upcycle clothes (from recycled materials). There is 1 bathroom (shower over bath), kitchen is a decent size and comes with all appliances and utensils each housemate has their own fridge. The living room has 2 sofas and TV.
