Double Room in Cowley Road, 3-bedroom modern flat

Hi there!

I am looking for someone to take over my lease for a small double room in a three-bedroom flat. This room would be available from the 22nd of September (although there is some flexibility).

The flat is modern and very cozy. There are two friendly young professionals (25-27) living in the flat. They are clean and respectful.

The flat is located just off Cowley Road, 10 mins away from Templars Square (Lidl, Sainsbury's, Puregym, TkMaxx, etc.) and 10 mins away from Cowley center (with lots of bars, restaurants, shops, etc.). There is a bus stop in front of the property which takes you to Oxford city center in about 10-15 mins.

Parking slot available.

Bills are around 130GBP/month.

Edit: Apologies, i don´t currently have pictures of the room being advertised and the room in the pictures is another room in the house. My room is smaller but it has a desk, a double bed and a big wardrobe. I will get pictures asap so I can send them to interested people or you can come for a viewing and check the room :)
