Double room in Cowley with garden

Hi there,

A double room will become available in my flat from 01/10 as my flatmate is moving to London.

Room: the room comes fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, two chest of drawers, and two bedside tables.

Rent: the rent is £810 per calendar month. Bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water) add another £200 per person per month.

Flat: the flat has a dining room and a living room as well as a spacious garden with patio. There is also storage space available in the attic.

Amenities: there is a bike shed and parking space available.

Area: Cowley is a multi cultural neighbourhood with some key live music venues of Oxford, great pubs, and fantastic coffee roasteries - all in close vicinity of the flat. The centre of Oxford is a 10 minute bike ride away.

Flatmate: I work in a consultancy specialising in power markets and renewables. My hobbies are the piano, workouts, and surfing. I'm happy to have a pint at a pub or dinner together once in a while but also respect personal space. I make an effort to keep the flat clean and tidy but also am not pedantic.
