I am the landlord of the property, looking for somebody quiet & tidy for a nice clean single room in central Oxford.
I am a relaxed and sociable person but keep to myself most of the time.

Downstairs room occupied, (No living room)
Own fridge/freezer in bedroom
Own Cupboard & Draw space in kitchen

3 bedrooms upstairs

I have two dogs, they are old and quiet & stay in a separate part of the house and the garden only.
Therefore the garden is off-limits.
You would never come into contact with them.

This room would be better suited for somebody that doesn’t spend hours cooking at a time to be fair to other residents.
