BILLS 📜
ALL of our properties are inclusive of bills. This means that your council tax, water rates, gas, electric, Wi-Fi, TV licence, and even the cleaners and gardeners are included in your rent. We don’t have coin meters or any caps, we just ask that you please be reasonable with usage.

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option (Reposit) minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. MONTHLY SOCIALS, DISCOUNTS AND EVENTS 💃🏻
All our tenants automatically become members of the OX Living Community! This means that everyone benefits from discounts on things like local takeaways, hairdressers & barbers, nail salons, cafes, gyms and much more. THE PROPERTY 🏡
The property has recently been refurbished to a high standard. You'll have full use of a co-living kitchen/ lounge including a cooker, washing machine/dryer, large fridge freezer, plenty of allocated cupboard space, and a microwave. There is also a living room (fitted with new sofas and a television) to relax and socialise, with a dining table included.

There are two immaculate shared bathrooms in the property. All crockery and cooking equipment is provided and the communal areas are cleaned fortnightly by Ox Living. There is driveway parking for two cars and permit parking for additional vehicles on the road. You will have use of a private back garden with a seating area and a place to securely store bikes.

THE ROOM 🛌
All rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk and chair, and some rooms include a chest of drawers. ALL bills included no hidden fees!!
