We have a beautifully refurbished, fully furnished large double bedroom available in our clean, modern family home. The room features new luxury carpet and ample storage space.

We’re looking for a female (preferred) student or professional who leads a daytime routine and won’t be home during the day. This room is best suited for someone who works or studies outside the home, as it’s not suitable for remote work or studying from home.

Light/easy cooking is preferred.
No couples, no pets, and no smokers.
This room is for one person only.

All bills are included, including council tax.

Our home is located just behind Cowley Centre, within walking distance to shops, retail parks, and business parks. The area is well connected by public transport with excellent bus routes nearby, including:
