Nice double room in a Victorian period house.

Double room in a lovely old building in a quiet area of Temple cowley. High ceiling room, classic of this old era which comes fully furnshiwd with a wardrobe, double bed and mirror.

Move in date is the 15th April but can be flexible around this towards 1st May. Do let me know what works.

The house is shared with 3 other working professionals.
1 bathroom shared between 2 occupants. Upstairs room is en suite.
Access to whole house Inc shared kitchen, living room, dining room and office. There is also a small garden outside with a shed for bike storage.

Maximum stay is 7 months until the contract expires but is rolling after that.

Will accept a minimum stay of 3/4 months but Tennant will have to accept responsibility of finding someone to take over the rent.

There is street parking in multiple locations nearby. I park right outside the house on temple road (you will require a permit).
