En-suite double in modern apartment block (bedroom 1 on floorplan) with secure private car and cycle parking. Part furnished with fitted wardrobe, dressing table, mirror, desk and new king bed with new mattress.

The flat also has a large SW-facing balcony with spectacular unobstructed 180 views of central Oxford and direct sun from 1pm until sunset! And is 2-3mins away from Marsh Park.

The flat has an open-plan living room and kitchen with dishwasher. It has been furnished to a high modern standard including a 4k projector, vinyl player, and bean to cup coffee machine.

My biggest criticisms of the flat are relatively minor:
1. how bright it can get - especially in the summer mornings
2. the cooker hobs are not gas - sad foodie!
3. stairs-only access to flat on 3rd floor - not most universally accessible

Otherwise, it really has to be seen to be believed!

About me: i'm a kind, open and respectful person. I'm sociable, active and motivated and usually have some group/solo fitness goal in mind. Month-to-month I mix up home workouts, cycling, swimming, running, yoga and martial arts. I'm a big music fan and on the occasion that I'm out it's usually for some kind of live music.

About you: ideally, i'd find someone who is happy to share the space, and treat the place like home. I'd appreciate a flatmate who is friendly, active, and who likes to get out and do or try new things. A compatible professional routine will be essential.
