Beautiful Room in a friendly house

I will be moving out of this amazing (cheap) room in June to move in with my boyfriend. I have been living in the house for a year and a half and it will be very sad to leave! My housemates are all friendly and deeply caring. They enjoy socialising together but are also very happy when people need to have their own space. They are three professionals and one Dphil student.
The room itself is great it has a good sized Ensuite with a shower and toilet. The room also has a balcony and two very large built in wardrobes.
The house has a good sized garden where we have enjoyed having bbqs and a communal kitchen and sitting room.
