Double room in large St Clements House

A double room in a large house in a great central Oxford location will be available on the 9th June. The spacious room is a double bedroom, and comes with extra storage external to the room. The house is spread over multiple floors, and includes a shared kitchen and living room, a basement pantry, conservatory, and garden, alongside two shower-rooms and two toilets.

The house currently consists of four people, aged between 26 and 36. All are working professionals. Professionals or post-grad students would be welcome to take up the tenancy. It is a sociable house, we like to cook together and go out for drinks but we also appreciate our own space.

The house is right next to South Park, and is at the foot of Headington Hill. It is therefore very close to Cowley Road, Headington, and central Oxford. It's a great and very convenient location.
