We’re two NHS professionals in a friendly, tidy household looking for a third housemate (male preferred to keep the balance) for a 6-month minimum. The house is a converted barn on a quiet Temple Cowley cul-de-sac—handy for shops, buses or commuting to the JR hospital 🙂— with free parking outside.

Your room is a furnished double on the first floor. You’ll share a bathroom with one (the top room has its own en-suite). Downstairs you’ve got a separate WC, a communal living/dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine. There’s also a south-facing courtyard for a coffee in the sun, and fast fibre broadband for work or streaming.

Bills & council tax aren’t included and come to about £165 per person per month, which still keeps the room good value for the area.

We’re after a full-time professional who’s clean, considerate and has shared before—someone who understands the give-and-take of a calm, respectful home. We both work full-time (including some nights), so it’s friendly here but not a party house.
