Cat loving female wanted (June 18 - July end)

We are now looking for a female housemate to join us from 26 July to the 17th Sept 2024.
You'll be sharing with myself, a live in landlady (I’m female, British Chinese, fluent in english and cantonese, I work at home, my female British flatmate who works in a hospital out patients ward, and my 2 cats.
We are situated next to Oxford Business Park and the Mini plant is at end of our road, both a 5- 10 mins walk away.

My property is very convenient for Oxford Business Park, St Joseph's Hall (King's college), Brookes University, Nuffield or Churchill hospitals.

The bed is a double bed but I only want 1 person.

Preferably I'm looking for one female cat loving employed professional or post graduate or summer student who loves, have lived with and not allergic to cats. My cats are very affectionate and can be quite noisy, it’s their breed. I may also need to ask your help sometimes to be cat aunties to take care of them when I'm away. I pay you back for cat sitting duties.

We like to live in a friendly and helpful house so we are hoping to find someone similar to join us. We have a weekly communal cleaning rota between us so you would need to be OK with this. I also run an environmentally house so I use old fashioned cleaning products to reflect this.

The bills are included in the rent but our communal house products are not (toilet paper etc), so we share the costs of this.

Features of the house:

-Shared living room, kitchen/dining area with a piano.
-Broadband with You Fibre.
-Close to bus stop for Brookes University, Churchill, Nuffield and John Radcliffe Hospital.
-Within walking distance to Oxford Business Park, Mini plant.
-On road parking but you would need to apply for a parking permit from council if you want to park between 9 am - 5pm Monday and Fridays.
-Conveniently close to ring road but you need to navigate via Fernhill Rd and a small section of Holloway.
-Near to shops, got corner shop, Aldi, Tesco, M&S, Boots, Lidl near by etc
-20-25 mins cycle to middle of town.
- Central heating switched on during core hours (evenings when people are in the house). Not in summer unless it's very cold.
- Large well maintained garden with garage for storing bikes.
- £600/month incl bills if you don't want to pay a deposit, I can open up the dates on Airbnb for you to book.
- available from 26th July after a video meeting and securing a deposit and work/ student/ID documents.
