My housemate and I (PhD and professional, both Spanish) are looking for someone to join us in a 3 bedroom property recently renovated - will add photos soon once finished - where we will soon move into. The house is unfurnished however we'll sort most of the comunal furniture ourselves - you'll need to furnish your own room.

The house is located at a 1 minute walking distance from Templars Shopping Centre (groceries, gyms, restauranrs and more), and well connected. It's a detached house with large communal areas.
