Spacious double room in Cowley

Hi,

I am moving out of my room at end of August and looking for someone to move in from 1st of September for a year. Me and three other friends rented the whole (4 bedroom house) and the contract is until 30 th August 2025. The house has 2 bathroom and one common kitchen and one living room.
We are all phd students in University of Oxford. You should be student to get this room because of council tax rules. We are very friendly people we watch movies and sports together in the big tv in living room. We also respect people's personal space. The Bills are not included but comes less than 100 pounds in winter and quite less in summer. If you are interested in the room do reach out for viewing and any other questions.
