Double room available in a lovely house share

We are looking for a lovely new person to join our house share. We have one double room available from August.

About the house and room: the house is in Cowley. It’s a great neighbourhood, with lots of nice restaurants and pubs. Cycling to Oxford centre only takes about 8 minutes, and we are on a well-connected bus route. The house has a sizeable kitchen/dining room, living room, and a big garden. Street parking is available with a permit.

The double room comes fully furnished (double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk, mirror). We have private landlords, who are really lovely and quick to fix any problems. Rent is £412 per month with bills on top. In total, the rent usually comes to around £520 per month. Our council tax band is D. Please note that the rent will increase from 1st October and will be set at £460 per month.

About the housemates: We are all working professionals and are looking to share with another professional. Housemates are Spanish and British. We work in healthcare, agriculture and food industry, and publishing, so very diverse! We work different shifts and respect everyone's need for quiet downtime. It's definitely not a party house but the vibe is relaxed and fun; we are sociable but also respect each other’s space. We are looking to share with someone similar, who is sociable, clean, and respectful.
