I am leaving my room at the end of June and I am looking for someone to replace me.
The room is double and quite spacious, with a queen sized bed, 2 chest of drawers a wardrobe, a desk and chair, a bedside table, a clothes rack and a mirror.
The room is located on Cowley Road, walking distance from the city centre, supermarkets, bus stop and many other amenities.
Currently the house is occupied by two other flatmates, the other two being away. We would like to find a female, who likes to socialise, is clean and friendly.
The room will be available from the 1st of July to the 20th of August. The rent is £600 with bills excluded.
