Beautiful double bedroom available from July

I have to leave Oxford for work related reasons, so I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The house is beautiful and the landlord is friendly and accommodating. It’s a semi-detached property with a shared living room, spacious kitchen, laundry room, conservatory and garden. There’s also a garage and room for parking.

You will only be sharing the bedroom with one other person as the third bedroom is en suite.

All bills are included with the rent and there is a cleaner who comes every two weeks. Friendly and fairly lively household. You will be living with Shaun, 24, engineer who enjoys kayaking and guitar, and Seth, 27, who teaches RE and English at a local school.
