We are five friendly female professionals (aged 23-27) looking for one more professional (or student happy to pay council tax) to join us in a cozy 6-bed home in the Cowley area. There is a small double room available - 10’11 (3.33) x 6’8 (2.08) which comes with a desk, wardrobe etc. It’s on the top floor with two other rooms and a bathroom with both a shower and bath. The move in date is 5th September for a 1-year contract minimum. Rent is £550 and estimated bills no more than £150 per month. Security deposit is £784 (5 weeks rent divided by 6). There are two parking spaces and a bike shed. Council tax band E, EPC band C.

We’re looking for a housemate who values cleanliness and is happy with a long-term stay. We want to create a home where we can be sociable and enjoy each other’s company while respecting personal space. We'd love to hear about your lifestyle and hobbies.
