Looking for a replacement tenant who will take over my double room on Cowley road. It’s a lovely flat and definitely one of the best places to live in Oxford! I’m gutted to move, but I’m relocating for a new job. Otherwise I wouldn’t let this one go!
The flat is located on Cowley Road. There’s a co-op 3 min away and access to lovely shops and coffee shops on Magdalen road within 5 min. It’s light & airy and has a lovely terrace with outdoor furniture.
The flat comes unfurnished on the contract, but you’ll inherit former tenants’ furniture. The room has a double bed, small book case, a desk, a chair and two wardrobes. The kitchen is well-equipped so you don’t need to worry about buying any kitchen stuffs like plates, bowls, pots and etc. The landlord provides washing machine, a freezer, a fridge, gas stove top and oven. You’ll share the bathroom with the flatmate.
The ideal tenant will be female mature student (PhD) or young professional. No pet, no smoking. The contract will be renewed in September. The landlord is local and does not have plans to sell the flat in the foreseeable future.
Both my flatmate and I are moving out but it will be female mature student or young professional replacing us.
