Hello! My flatmate is moving out, leaving this spacious single room with its own bathroom. The room comes with a single bed and mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, and desk chair. The tenancy runs until the end of June 2025, after which the landlord intends to renovate.

This is a quiet and spacious two-storey flat shared between just two of us, so it's great if you like your personal space. There's a large shared kitchen/living room with a balcony, and the building has a bike shed. The location is great: close to Cowley Road, a 20-minute walk from the city centre, and just round the corner from a bus stop.

I'm looking for someone who is sociable but appreciates a calm and peaceful environment. While home I love to grow things, cook, and relax. I work part time and freelance on the side, so my timetable is fairly varied. Professionals preferred, but students are welcome to send a message over if you are willing to pay towards council tax.

The monthly costs are:
- Rent: £622.50
- Council tax: £86 (band B)
- Bills: £70-80
