I have to leave my house share a month before the end of the contract so I’m looking for someone to rent my room from late July to the end of August.
The house is on top of Southfield road, 10 minutes walk from the co op, 15 minutes walk to tesco. Close to bus stops (1, 5, 10, 15 and st2).
The house is share with 4 males (5 people total), there is two bathrooms in the house and a garden.
The room will be empty as I will have moved out, so plenty of space for you to unpack.
Rent is £686 all bills included.
