Double room available in lovely Cowley sharehouse

From 23rd August we have a double room available in a sharehouse with 5 bedrooms/5 people total. It's a lovely sunny room on the ground floor with a wardrobe, desk and double bed. It's £582 per month not including bills which usually come to £100 a month (including council tax). Students are welcome but will need to pay council tax (band E). The house is spacious and well-maintained with a large open-plan kitchen and living room, and a big garden that we love to have breakfast in. There is a large shared bathroom with a shower and a bath, as well as another separate toilet. One of the rooms (not the one advertised) has an ensuite so the main bathroom is only shared between 4. We are a house of professionals and love to be social when we can but also respect everyone's space. We often go to the pub or to the park or watch a film at home and looking for someone likeminded to join us!
