Furnished double room available in a friendly shared house near Cowley Road.

The people:
We are three housemates, two of us currently live in the house and we are looking for a third person! Two of us work as community nurses at the Warneford hospital and our other housemate is a third year student studying Japanese studies at Oxford Brookes. We are a mix of sociable and quiet, we often do our own thing but we have enjoyed going to a weekly pub quiz!

The house:
The house is a terraced (quiet family neighbours) set over two floors. Downstairs we have a kitchen, lounge, bathroom, bedroom and some storage cupboards we share. Upstairs we have three bedroom (one which is available), a shower room with sink and a separate toilet and sink next door. Outside we have a garden and lots of off street parking.

The Kitchen has ample cupboard space, two fridge/freezers, oven, microwave and a washing machine. The lounge has two sofas and a table.

The available room is a good size that gets the morning sun. It contains a double bed, bedside cabinet, desk and chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The rooms current rent is £620 however the landlord is increasing the rent so it will be slightly more expensive. Our current bills cost around £94 for council tax, gas and electricity, water and WiFi.

We are looking for ideally a professional or a student happy to pay for council tax. We are LGBTQ friendly household.

The house is located less than a 5 minute walk to Cowley Road and a 10 minute walk to St Clement’s high street. It is near the Warneford, Churchill and John Radcliffe Hospital. The house also has off street parking with space for 3-4 cars (two of the housemates have cars).
