I am moving out and am looking for someone to take over my double room in St. Clements/Cowley Road area.
The room comes furnished with double bed, desk. and in-built wardrobes. I have a chest of drawers and a desk chair, which can be negotiated separately for cheap.
The house has a big living/dinning room and very spacious kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave and oven.
There is a huge garden in the back of the house.
The house is located in the centre of Cowley Road, very close to pubs, clubs, supermarkets and a cinema. You can also reach the city centre with a 20 min walk or 5 min cycle.
You will share the house only with one housemate who is a working professional.
The rent includes water bill.
