I have an attic room available in my beautiful home (with or without a desk), with on-street permit-based residential parking in a road that has recently been closed to through traffic.

There is a shared dining room, living room, large bathroom, downstairs cloakroom, and a kitchen. The house has recently been redecorated and the floorboards re-varnished.

Outside is a large attractive garden and patio area which you are welcome to use and enjoy.

Local facilities include a nearby Sainsburys and other shops, and there are buses into town from the end of the road every 5-10 minutes.

The rent is based on four nights' occupancy (Monday to Friday morning).
