Short let room or Monday to Friday

Short-term let or Mon-Fri only.

I have an attic room available in my beautiful home (with or without a desk), with on-street permit-based residential parking in a road that has recently been closed to through traffic.

There is a shared dining room, living room, large bathroom, downstairs cloakroom, and a kitchen. The house has recently been redecorated and the floorboards re-varnished.

Outside is a large attractive garden and patio areas which you are welcome to use and enjoy.

Local facilities include a nearby Sainsburys and other shops, and there are buses into town from the end of the road every 5-10 minutes.

Heating bills are included in the rental price on the basis that you will be out at work during the week, any additional times chargeable according to usage.

If you only want Monday-Friday, the rent is £475pcm.
