Single Room in Friendly 5-Bed House

We are looking for a fifth roommate in our spacious 5-bedroom house from the 1st of September 2024. All bills except council tax included (approximately £50 pppm).

The single room is fully furnished. You will be sharing the kitchen, which is fully equipped, a very cozy living room conservatory and a garden - perfect for those summer BBQs. The house has two parking spots available (one is already taken) and has access to permit parking.

There is one communal bathroom, shared between three flatmates as two of the bedrooms are ensuites. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor.

The house is conveniently located just off Cowley Road, within walking distance to many shops and had access to major bus routes. The city centre is a 15 minute bike ride, 35 minute walk or 20 minute bus. We are also very close to green spaces like Cowley Marsh and Florence Park.

About us:
We are four female professionals who's interests include; cooking, baking, sports and outdoor activities, music and theater. We are looking for a tidy and respectful housemate, who enjoys time alone but would also like to take part in the occasional social activity and hang out in our shared spaces!
