Sublet for 3 months in Cowley!

Subletting my beautiful room in a two-bed flat on Iffley Road! Room has a double bed, large windows and a skylight! Room comes with a wardrobe and bedside table but as I will be moving back in afterwards, I can leave as much other furniture as you would like. Flat is on the ground floor, and has a shared living room/kitchen and bathroom. It was renovated recently so is very lovely! We share a garden with the whole house, but the entrance is on our level. Room is out the back by the garden.

The flat will be shared with my flatmate, who has the other room. She is friendly, clean and loves to cook and knit! We are looking for someone friendly to take my room while I am away for my internship. This room would ideally be for a student, but if they are comfortable paying council tax, it can be for a professional as well.

Rent is £787.50 p/m and bills would be roughly £80 on top of that. Ideally the new flatmate would take it for the whole 3 months but this can be negotiated, including staying for a bit longer if necessary.
