1 bedroom in shared house on the Magdalen Road

I’m soon to be moving out of my recently renovated house on Magdalen Road (opposite Missing Bean) and am looking for a new housemate to rent the bright king-size bedroom at the front of the first floor.

The room is a generous double with plenty of natural light and space, making it a really comfortable place to settle into.

You’ll be sharing the house with Danielle and Flo, who have both lived here for the past year and get on really well. We’re looking for someone friendly and sociable who enjoys sharing a home with others, but is also independent and happy doing their own thing at times. It’s important that the new housemate is considerate and committed to keeping the house clean, calm, and a nice place for everyone to relax.

Magdalen Road is a lovely, social street with great cafés and pubs on the doorstep, and it’s within easy walking distance of Oxford city centre. There are also excellent bus links nearby.
