Hi, I'm the landlord of this large 5 bed house brilliant house in St Clements.

The house is at the bottom of a quiet street in St Clements. There is parking in the street with a residents parking permit.

It's just come on the market as individual rooms and a number of rooms have already gone. From experience, these others won't be available for long! First come basis.

Long term contract

This house comes fully furnished with a new kitchen, equipped with cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer.

There is a small garden to the rear of the property - perfect for BBQ's and sunning yourselves in the coming summer months - and on-street parking.

The rent doesn't include bills but I would estimate at around £10 a week for your bills.

All rooms come with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.

The rooms are not available to couples unless you want to take 2 rooms.

I would require the first month's rent, a deposit of 5 weeks rent along with a UK home-owning guarantor. I am sorry but a guarantor is mandatory as it is a requirement.

Rooms are reserved on a first come, first serve basis.

The rooms are available early September.
