The room is a large bright double with a generous en suite and built in wardrobes. It comes fully furnished with a new bed (~1yr old), 2 bedside tables and a 1.8m desk, ideal for working from home.
In the kitchen there is a hob, double oven, plenty of fridge / freezer space shared with 4 others and all the utensils you will ever need! A kitchen table with 6 chairs (8 could fit) is great for eating together or having friends in for dinner too.
The garden holds a couple of picnic tables and a barbecue which all saw plenty of use between the housemates this summer. There is secure rear access too, so it's easy to commute on a bike with space to lock it within the garden also.
Upstairs, there is a very large living room with a sofa and several chair. The TV gets used to watch films, as well as plenty of the Olympics this summer, plus a bit of Nintendo Switch and Xbox.

The Cowley road shops and Temple Cowley are both a short cycle away. Oxford city centre can be reached on a bus or bike in about 15 minutes also. There is a driveway with space for another car too.

The bills come to around £140 per month including internet, water, energy and council tax.

The housemates are a range of professionals in their late 20s. There are two Frenchmen who work as post-docs in microbiology and economics at the university and two girls who work in communications and marketing. In terms of hobbies, people do everything from climbing to rugby to keeping an allotment too (which you would be welcome to join)!
