Room to rent in Cowley

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my contract in September or to start a new contract when mine ends in October. The room is located in a 4 bedroom house in temple Cowley (OX4 region) in a safe, private and friendly close. The current tenants are three professional girls all in their twenties. There is one shared bathroom to be shared with two other girls (one has an en suite in her room), a spare toilet, a living room, a kitchen and a little garden area. The room and house are fully furnished.
The ideal tenant would be a professional in their 20s but students are welcome too as long as they’re willing to pay council tax.
Rent is £611.25 pcm not including council tax and wifi. The council tax band is E and it’s split between all 4 housemate. Rent may go up at the beginning of the next contract in October but that is not known yet.
The contract itself is 12 months and begins in October.
