I’m very sad to be leaving this gorgeous flat on the Cowley Road.
It’s located directly on the Cowley Road above an Estate agents. Very close to local amenities such as Tesco, Temple Cowley and of course all of the great restaurants and shops on the Cowley road.
The flat has one bathroom and a shared living kitchen area. It also comes with a parking space that the other flatmate doesn’t use so you would be welcome to take (for free!)
Bills are not included but come to around £150 per month. The flat is nice and warm due to being upstairs so bills shouldn’t be as much in the winter. You’d be sharing with my lovely flatmate who’s a 30 year old female working professional. She likes cooking together and pub trips and is great to live with! She’s looking for someone similar to her who is respectful of the space and can help keep it tidy and nice.
Move in can be flexible as I’m moving out at the end of October, but this will need to be negotiated with landlord. Let me know if you have any further questions! 😊
