Large room available in friendly house share!

I'm moving to Bristol at the end of September and so will sadly be moving out of my house in Cowley. We are looking for another woman to replace me, who will fit in with the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of the house!

The property is ideally located, just off Magdalen Road and close to Cowley Rd. The room itself is spacious, with plenty of room and furniture (desk included). Rent is £480 per month, and bills come to just over £100 each month, including council tax.

The housemates are lovely - we enjoy having a chat when we're in the kitchen or relaxing in the communal areas, and arrange to go to the pub or spend time together from time to time. We also respect each other's space and like to keep the house clean and tidy!
