Double Room in a 3 Bed Flat with Nice Housemates!

One double room with a nice shared living space, available from 1st May.

We (George, 31 and Will, 31) are looking for a new housemate for a three-bed flat-share we rent. We are both professionals with Will, who moved to Oxford last year, working in Cancer Research and George, who has lived here for ~6 years, working in Robotics.


Ideally, we are looking a professional who is quiet, tidy and respectful (and good with houseplants!). We do like to socialise, going out for a drink or having people over for food occasionally and we like to live in our communal space rather than our rooms. We also enjoy sports (running / cycling / tennis / hiking) and well as playing board games.


The room is a good sized space with a large built in wardrobe for storage. It currently has a single bed, but the landlord will replace it with a double if that would be preferred. The room shares the communal bathroom with only one other room.
Rent for the room is £600pcm excluding bills and we pay around £130pcm for bills (council tax, water, electricity and internet). We have all the usual amenities, including a washer / dryer for clothes. 

The area is a short walk from Cowley Road and the City Centre. It's also well connected with bus routes around Oxford from right outside the flat, so it is easy to get around.
