We have two rooms for rent in a friendly House share on Reliance Way, Cowley, as me and another housemate are sadly moving out.
The house is located around a 30 minute walk to the city centre. Close to bus and cycle routes. Around a 20 minute cycle to Headington. Parking space may be available.
Both large rooms on the first floor in a 6 bed, 3 bathroom house. Both rooms have plenty storage space and have a desk. One room with a balcony. Current housemates are friendly sociable professionals working in various roles, we often socialise over cooking dinner and take trips to the pub quizzes in Cowley.
Rent is inclusive of all bills, except gas and electricity (~£30 a month).
We are looking for young professionals to move in from the end of September/start of October.
Viewings will be on Monday 9th - Wednesday 11th September.
