We are two friendly, easy going and tidy professionals looking for a similor professional to share our great house in Cowley.
Location wise our house backs onto Florence Park and is a 5 minute walk to Templars Square (Sainsburys, Co-op, gyms etc) and a 10 min cycle into the town centre. It's a modern semi-detached, fully furnished house with lockable backyard that's perfect for BBQs and bike storage. We are inside an LTN so it's a quiet street and there's plenty of street parking if you have a car
The house has a spacious fully equipped kitchen/living area and a smaller lounge room with a TV and fast internet. The room available is a small double and is fully-furnished, including a double bed, wardrobe and desk.
The rent is £533/month, bills (including council tax) come to roughly £140/month each. The deposit is £648 and is held with the Deposit Protection Service. We have a great landlady (no agency fees) who's proven to be quick to respond when needed but otherwise is very hands off
