Sunny Double Bedroom in all Women’s House

I’m leaving behind my room in a house of lovely women and looking for someone to take it over!

Our contract runs until the 23rd of August 2025, and I'm fully moved out already so your move in date will simply depend on how quickly the agency can complete the changeover paperwork)

The house is located off the Cowley Road and less than 5 minutes from shops including a big Tesco as well as being very close to South Parks. 10 minutes walking to the Churchill and Warneford Hospitals and 10–15-minute walk the other way into the city centre.

The house has 5 other lovely women, who are a mixture of postgraduates and working professionals. We have a shared living room, kitchen and garden (pictured), 1.5 bathrooms between 5 of us and one ensuite but with different working hours so it works well. Everyone like to have a chat/drinks every so often– but we also respect each-others space.

Rent will be £656.25 a month (not including bills, Wi-Fi and Council Tax – which usually come to around £90 – £100 depending on the time of year)

Open to professionals or students but must be willing to contribute to council tax (Band D). The agency requires students to have a UK guarantor or pay 6 months rent in advance.

Any new housemate must be LGBTQ+ Friendly, and the current housemates would like to say hello to anyone coming in either by video chat or in-person before agreeing the change.💛 Happy to answer any questions ✨
