Huge furnished room in sociable house available!

I am unfortunately moving out of this amazing house to return to my home country. I have lived at Tyler Row for over a year, and both the room and housemates have been perfect. Sociable housemates but also very busy so the house never feels crowded. We love to hang out, go on local walks, or just do the shopping together. Our landlord is really supportive and responsive. Currently have 2 PhD students and 3 professionals (3 girls, 2 guys). Flexible on gender but prefer another guy to keep the balance. Looking for ages around 22-29, and unfortunately only open to students if you're a post-grad.
