I'm looking for a lodger, in my newly purchased, fully furbished flat from approx. 25th October.
Rent is £800, all inclusive, 3 mins walk to temple cowley shops.
I'll be living in the property with my tiny, super friendly and quite therapy dog.
Double bed, inbuilt wardrobe, bedside table and storage shelves are provided in the room. The 3rd room is used as a home office/study place, 2nd desk can be added and/or can be used as extra storage.
Spacious, and light living room with open plan kitchen, and sit out balcony.
I'll move into the flat on the 15th October, will repaint and add new furniture.
Until then I can only provide 3D floor plan, and current pictures from advertisement.
